The exceptions are as follows:
1) You have received a “defective” product(s). 2) You have been shipped the “wrong” product(s). In either case we will replace the product(s) at no cost to our customers. If we no longer have the item(s) in stock, a full refund would be forthcoming to our customer.
NOTE: A return merchandise authorization (RMA), is part of the process of returning a product in order to receive a replacement, or refund. The purchaser of the product must contact the Closeout King to obtain authorization to return the product. The resulting RMA number must be displayed on or included in the returned product’s packaging. No returns are accepted without this number.
For refurbished or repackaged products with manufacturer's warranty, the purchaser(s) should contact the manufacturer for all issues after sale.
For customers living in GTA, we offer 15-day (after receipt) in-store exchange.We must receive the returned item(s), in the original packaging, with parts, manuals, labels.
Upon inspection of the returned item(s), our logistics personnel will inform our accounting department that our return policy conditions have been met, and a full refund will be processed.

All shipping cost are calculated via our customers choice of courier, base on weight, size, and delivery destination from our Processing Center. We make every effort to ship same business day. Our Processing Center is located at 2562 Stanfield Rd. Misssissauga, ON, Canada, L4Y 1S2.
Our standard shipping method is ground shipping and we will ship your order via most of the major couriers or Canada Post. Tracking information will be included with customers shipping confirmation email.
If you have not received your order, and prior to contacting Closeout King, check with family members, neighbors, a building manager, or others who may have accepted your order if you were not at home during a delivery attempt.Delivery carriers are known to place orders somewhere near your door, but out of plain view. Look for your order in out-of-the-way places such as a back door, garage, or behind bushes.
